I was interested to read Henry cat’s last comments about his female human being very busy. Must be a thing they do. My female human hasn’t stopped all day and i am quite exhausted just watching her!

It all started when she took my male human away just after 8am. Most unusually for him he is letting the train take the strain and going to Edinburgh without his car. He is off for a reunion with his counselling class- and the award ceremony for those who have now gained their diplomas. He was rather smug as he will get another certificate too as the course has now been validated by Stirling University.

Anyway since dropping Tim off at the station at 8.30am Hilary has been flying round (not literally, stupid, she doesn’t actually have wings) walking me, going to the bottle bank, shop, organising our Christmas tree to be delivered from the garden centre along with the one for Church, posting cards, writing cards, putting away one of her HUGE tesco deliveries, filling the urn at church, checking her emails, and doing a mountain of laundry and cleaning tasks. She even cleaned out the horrible compost bin that smells foul, even to me. The one thing she hasn’t done is hoover. She tried to, but the hoover made a silly noise and didn’t work! After a few struggles she gave up and is going to ask my male human to see if he can mend it tomorrow. I hope he can as there is a lot of mess on the carpets- that Monty is awful at leaving hairs everywhere.
