I am glad to report I have recovered from my nasty injury and am now able to go for proper walks again, and , of coures, to blog! I had a lovely long walk with Laura yesterday in the rain and didn’t limp once! Of course I may still do an occassional limp when Hilary is near the fridge, as she is rather susceptable to feeling sorry for me and giving me lovely things like ham, beef, lamb and other festive goodies. Actually when Brian was here he was good too as he used to give me all the trimmings from the carving he had done!

Anyway Bryony left yesterday so I am now down to just three humans, and I gather Laura departs today too. That is a shame as I have enjoyed having her around. However it will be quiter and calmer with just my usual humans to look after, and at least there will be room for me to have my usual sofa back. It is demeaning having to sit on the floor so the humans get the chairs.
