My female human is useless with gadgets. I am glad my dog food comes in easy-open cans so she doesn’t need to work a tin opener or I might be in danger of not getting fed at times.

Last night for instance the remote control stopped working and Hilary tried to sort it, taking out the batteries and replacing them, but no luck. She kept glaring at me as if it was my fault. Well, I may have a history of chewing remote controls but not this time! She resorted to having to lie down on the floor in front of the TV and peer at the buttons to manually control it. It was quite funny.

Five minutes later her mobile phone froze and stopped working. Again, she took out her battery and tried to restart it. No luck. In desperation (I think she feels cut off from the world without it) she found an old handset and put the sim card in it, and then struggled to text from it as it felt so strange!

Anyway eventually my clever male human returned and she moaned at these problems. He took one look at the remote control and the mobile and almost without touching them they started working properly again. Tim is so clever. Though he he isn’t very good at reading my blogs so i don’t suppose he will ever know how much I admire him.
