I am just back from a (boring on-lead ) walk with Hilary. Actually it wasn’t that boring as there were lots of people around and a lot of dogs too taking their humans for an early evening stroll!

However I ended up wondering if I appear really scarey or something as on our walk no fewer than three dogs and their accompanying humans crossed the road or deviated their route to avoid me! Two of the dogs were admittedly little rat- type things but one was a proper size dog! All I wanted to do was have a sniff and get to know them but they avoided me!

Mind you, maybe it wasn’t me they were frightened off. It could be Hilary! She can be very scarey sometimes! I will have to ask her if people and dogs avoid her when she is our on her own!
