I told you not long ago that I was rather annoyed at Tesco, who seem to have stopped selling my favourite kind of dog food, Pal! My humans get their main shopping delivered from there, ordered over the internet, and the last few weeks it has been unavailable and now seems to have disappeared from the virtual shelves altogether!

My humans know this is my favourite, and also that as it has less protein than some other brands, is especially good for a lively dog like me! So they tried to track down some supplies – in a real Tesco store in Dundee (none), and in Sainsburys in Aberdeen(none). So last week I was forced to eat another brand which I didn’t enjoy as much, and my humans thought I was displaying extra energetic behaviour in the evenings because of it!

Then my hero, Tim, tracked down a supply of Pal chunks in gravy (mmm, so much nicer than the jellified stuff) in Asda in Dunfermline! And he bought me four lots of 12 tins – that is 48 in all – over two weeks supply! He managed to carry it all in to the house at once as he is so strong! So now I am fine for the next fortnight!

My humans have also been stocking up the freezer since it was defrosted last weekend and did a huge meat order this week! It looks delicious and I have told my humans once the Pal has finished I will move on to that!!
