A tragic tale

I read a really sad story today about a poor dog, a husky-retreiver cross called Milou who was killed last week, when he was electrocuted by a faulty lampost. This all happened in Dundee- where Bryony lives, my female human works and where I used to go to my training classes.
Poor Milou has been out for his usual walk with his humans in Dundee last Friday, and did what all dogs do at lamposts – only to be electrocuted by a faulty circuit there. The lampost appears to have has a live current running through it. He collapsed in a fit and in great pain and died an agonising death right there on the pavement, still on his lead attached to his male human. Luckily the humans were alright as the dog took the shock, not them.
Poor Milou.
My thoughts are with you and your grieving humans.
And I am going to be very suspicious of lamposts in the future.
