I was a bit confused when my humans told me it was Good Friday today. I thought for a while that meant that I had to be extra good all day, which would have been very hard. Now I am back to full energy I want to have some fun!

However I soon realised it is all to do with remembering Jesus dying on the cross, and my humans headed off to a special service at church all about this. I was left alone, as usual. Hilary said it was a very moving service as they reflected on the events of that first Good Friday.

Another thing about Good Friday is that traditionally humans eat Hot Cross Buns. They sound very nice and I think Hilary has ordered some with her Tesco order which is due to be delivered any minute now- I am listening out for the delivery van!

I am hoping for a taste of these buns, as despite my concerns, I have actually been very good this Friday and deserve a treat!
