Back to normal again!

Life is finally back to normal again!

My gallivanting male human finally came home yesterday afternoon, so I have my full pack around me again – Hilary, Tim and Young Monty. Tim seemed to have missed me – he even took me for a walk last night though Hilary was going to! And we played ball again! I suspect he was feeling suitably guilty at abandoning me in prison and then not returning promptly after my release.

So that’s good, I can settle down now and enjoy our last few months in Glencarse. I am determined to make the most of all my muddy country walks!

My name is Max. I'm a German Shepherd Dog - or, if you prefer, an Alsatian! I was born in July 2005 so I'm a grown up, sensible and very mature dog now - and I can't understand why my humans sometimes accuse me of 'leaping around like a big puppy'. When I first introduced myself on this blog I said that my favourite things were chasing deer in the forest, eating things that humans find disgusting and chewing lino! Well that's all still pretty true - although I haven't chewed any lino for a long time!
