I overheard my female human on the phone today and realised that the nasty rumours about me going into prison while we move are indeed true.

The warder at the prison she phoned said they had a cell free for me at that time (and remembered me from my last visit). So I haven’t been banned from this one, unfortunately. So, that is me booked in for a few days. Mind you, as Clare commented on my last blog it is a bit like a holiday while my humans do all the hard work of moving home!

But I got a nasty shock as I realised not only am I going to prison for the move at the start of September, I am also going to prison in August for a week while my humans go away- for their second holiday of the summer! I am just so relieved that my friend Clare is kindly coming to look after me in July, or that would have been virtually all summer in prison!

Oh, incidently Monty is going to cat prison too. Hilary phoned his warder as well and has reserved an outside cage for him. He doesn’t know yet, and I don’t think I have the heart to tell him yet!
