Well done Clare!

I wanted to say well done to my extra human Clare. After having breakfast and walking me this morning, she put on her trainers and headed out for a run. She arrived back 2 hours and 54 minutes later, having run an impressive 18 miles! This is her longest run yet – she tried running 18 miles a couple of weeks ago and really struggled (run/walking the last 5 miles as she’d been lazy on holiday and hadn’t followed her schedule), but today I can safely say that she was motoring! The aim of all this running is the Amsterdam Marathon in October.
Good work Clare! What’s impressing me even more is that she’s now going to head for the shower before taking me to the forest for my afternoon walk. Is she good or what?!
