It’s our last weekend here and I am enjoying my final walks in the glorious Perthshire countryside. This morning I has my last walk here with Tim! We went to Kinfauns which is where there used to be very scarey cows, but luckily they have gone away now!

Today was odd as instead of Hilary going off to work this morning it was Tim. He headed to Stirling where he is at an alumni weekend from his counselling course. He comes home again tomorrow- in time to write his last sermon here! Hilary was working at home today and, even with my presence, said she had one of the most productive working days ever getting lots done.

Eventually she finished work and took me for a walk. She always walks me at weekends so told me that we had five more walks to go here, and she wants to do a different one each time (weather permitting) to say goodbye to the place. Tonight we went to Binn Hill and she got a bit sentimental with a tear in her eye as we walked round for the last time and saw the tower on the hill! Honestly I am sure she will be fine soon once I have helped her find new walks near Dunfermline, and she will forget about living here in no time. It must be hard being a human.
